沒有區(qū)別，意思和用法完全一樣,只是有個單獨的a lot 和他們不一樣而已。
例如：thanks a lot 多謝 know a lot about China 對中國了解很多。
lot的非正式寫法,就是說書面語用a lot of 較多,口語用lots of 較多。
